I work with individuals and couples who are struggling. Though each struggle is unique, I operate from the standpoint that pain is universal. For the person that struggles to fully understand and express what they're feeling, for the teenager or young adult who struggles operating within the world they are inheriting, or for the couple that struggles to build or maintain friendship, love, or affection, recognizing and embracing those struggles are the first steps towards overcoming them. I work with those who want to feel more like themselves, and those who want to begin embodying the selves they aspire to be.
