There are various moments in life in which you may feel unfulfilled, depressed, anxious and unable to self-regulate. Sometimes it is hard to identify your own feelings and explain the reasons why you may act in certain ways. By willingly and intentionally engaging in therapy you may find out that a lot of what you need is someone to listen, validate and guide you through your own healing process. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who offers therapy in a collaborative environment where we can work together to understand what is troubling you and identify the steps you can take towards realizing the path you envision.
