It is my belief that self-care with the purpose of healing and self discovery can radically improve our experience navigating everyday life and have powerful impacts in the world around us. Informed by principles of social justice and anti-oppression, I offer a space to work with you as an individual in context of communities that you are a part of and are important to you. My practice integrates psychodynamic, cognitive and mindfulness techniques.
