I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and sense of self. I believe that everything you need to heal is already within you—and therapy can be the space where that discovery begins. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and trust. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory to help clients explore how life experiences, relationships, and cultural systems have shaped their core beliefs and sense of identity.
