Therapy can be a place to pause, take a breath, and make sense of what you are carrying. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can explore your experiences with honesty, care, and curiosity. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I aim to create a warm, steady, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as yourself, without pressure to have everything figured out. I am able to offer counseling in both English and Spanish in MD and FL.
