I help other helpers who need space to just be human and figure their stuff out. You're great at holding space for others—but you might feel lonely in your role, stuck in people-pleasing patterns, or unsure how to show up as yourself in a field that can feel rigid or performative. Working with me, you don’t have to mask, translate, or be “on" - we can be real about life. I work with many LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, creative, and/or multicultural adults, who are often themselves therapists, social workers, helpers, healers, creatives, teachers, etc needing a casual space to decompress, gain some insight, and share their story.
