I am a therapist and life coach specializing in trauma-focused therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals heal from past traumas and regain a sense of empowerment and balance in their lives. With extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with my clients to process painful memories, reduce distressing symptoms, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. These evidence-based approaches are highly effective in addressing trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional challenges, and I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each client.
