You're probably consumed by all of your tasks and goals; advancing your career, securing a stable income, and staying connected with your partner and loved ones, all while battling exhaustion and burnout. Perhaps you have unresolved past experiences weighing on you, too. And on the surface, you want practical relationship, parenting, and self-care tools. What you may truly need though is to feel connected to others and your self. I want to support you. I work with dads grappling with anxiety, depression, parenting, and unresolved trauma. I'll equip you with tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and build resilience. My approach integrates powerful, holistic, and evidence-based practices like Mindful Self-Compassion, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory.
