I will listen to you carefully and work with you to identify those issues clearly, then heal the underlying emotional wounds and develop healthier approaches to improve your sense of integration and wholeness. I will collaborate with you to create a life with a greater sense of authenticity and fulfillment. Trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, alcohol and chemical use, co-dependency, relationships, anger, and life transitions are all challenges with which I am able to help you.
