Helping adolescents cope since 1999. As a school counselor for more than twenty years in and around the greater Boston area, I have come to appreciate today's complex social-emotional needs of teens, and emerging young adults. I have supported the mental health of hundreds if not thousands of youth over the years through approachable solution-focused counseling sessions. My process is casual, relatable, yet goal-oriented in order to connect with today's youth and coach them through the challenges they face. In addition to my private practice, I currently serve as the Mental Health Coordinator for a public school district, a substance use diversion instructor, a Middle School School Adjustment Counselor, and the co-founder of a College Success Summer Program.
