I mainly work with clients who are dealing with LGBTQIA+ issues, self esteem issues, life changes, depression, grief, and Social Anxiety Disorder. These individuals work passionately in session to meet their life goals by exploring difficult topics, confronting their struggles head on and creating the change that they wish to see in their lives. Together, we approach therapy as a team. Some of my specific modalities of interest are Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
