Life gets complicated at times and those complications can be tough. Most people are just trying to make it through the day, but sometimes we get stuck, that is where therapy can help. Typically, I work with individuals who are struggling with life's issues- relationships, work, school, adjustment to new events, etc. If your goal is to find someone that is willing to get to know you, listen, understand your point of view, but also willing to help you confront those pieces of you that you are seeking therapy to help change, then I may be the right therapist for you. All of the sessions are virtual.
