Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a test—or some formal, awkward thing where you sit on a couch and try to say the “right” thing. That’s not how I work. I offer a space that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and actually feels authentic—where you can talk like a real person. I take the work seriously, but not myself—and yes, humor is allowed. I work with adults and teens, especially LGBTQ folks, creatives, and people in the arts or entertainment world. Most of my clients are millennials or Gen Z navigating anxiety, identity questions, trauma, disordered eating, burnout, or trying to unlearn the weird messages they’ve picked up over time.
