I am a licensed SocIal Worker with a focus on Individual and Family psychotherapy. My role in therapy is to be a compassionate and nonjudgemental second set of eyes to help examine your relationships with yourself and with others. My training as a social worker and my own life experiences make me conscious of the structural inequalities that shape each of our outer and inner worlds - we all have shared and have unique challenges to navigate, and at times these challenges can overwhelm our ability to show up as our best selves. As a therapist my goal is to help you be true to yourself, no matter what situations life throws at you. I take your identity and cultural belonging seriously so that I can understand how your experiences affect you specifically. My desire is to support you in becoming stronger with increased authenticity and experience peace and presence in your life.
