“Love takes off masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within,” James Baldwin once said. Do you want more connection in your life, to have a community of loved ones, however large or small? You are not alone. Each of us desires connection, and yet trauma and broken relationships between loved ones often get in the way - this brokenness can affect our closest relationships, and families suffer. Or, sometimes you may feel like you don’t really know or love yourself as well as you think you should. These questions, desires, and fears are part of the human experience, and part of my own life experience.
