It can be so easy to take on responsibilities that are not ours and blame ourselves for things that were out of our control. In therapy, my hope is to offer a space to hear your story and move at a pace that feels safe for you. I welcome conversations of all sorts but am especially interested in grief, anxiety, self-compassion, the end of life, meaning and purpose, complex trauma, and PTSD. In relationships, I support clients in conflict resolution and communication, rebuilding trust and reconnection, evaluating relationship structures, and gaining a deeper understanding of one another.
