I work with people who are in a process of healing, self understanding, and growth. Clients may be asking questions like: "Who am I? How do I be the best version of me? How do I foster the most loving supportive relationships in my life?" You may be struggling with big feelings related to: anxiety, depression, identity issues, interpersonal challenges, difficulties with motivation and focus, healing of trauma, and/or wrestling with life's big questions. Therapy, to me, is a highly collaborative process. You're driving the bus and I am here to help you navigate through a process of deep listening, reflection, and psychoeducation.
