I have worked in the mental health field for more than 25 years. I specialize in serving people with anxiety, stress-related concerns and depression. In particular, I am interested in helping others with social anxiety, generalized anxiety and specific phobias. I am also experienced in mitigating work-related stress among people in a wide-range of occupations, including but not limited to employees in academic and health care settings.
