I provide supportive services to individuals, couples, and families with concerns relating to life transitions, relationship struggles, grief and loss, as well as varying conditions of anxiety, depression, and other mood related conditions. My experience includes working with clients, ranging in age from adolescence to older adulthood, as they are working through difficult transitions and periods of time, when a sense of direction may feel lost and motivation is a struggle. I provide an empathic and non-judgemental environment, with a focus on understanding and appreciating the unique experiences, lifestyles, and challenges of others. A strong relationship based therapeutic approach is utilized to create a partnership of discovering needs and solutions to empower growth, strength, and perseverance.
