I work to help people and partners who have traumatic histories increase self awareness, adjust relational patterns, and reimagine their life and goals. We accomplish this together best through paced relational work. I approach our conversations with both curiosity and intuition. I ask questions to really understand you and the context you are in as well as using my own intuition and experience to inform our work together. I believe that the relationship that we build and the safety we feel create a space with a potential for awareness, healing, and growth. I adapt my approach to suit your goals, we work together to find out what approaches and interventions work for you.
