Accepting New Clients in Delta County! As a therapist, I enjoy working with adults and adolescents. So many issues in our lives stem from troubled relationships, poor communication, family conflicts, or traumas from the past or present. Sometimes our thoughts and emotions are mismatched. We want our pain to ease, we want to understand what doesn't make sense, or we need to know ourselves better. Sometimes we need to learn new coping skills to handle a terrible situation. Most of all, we need to speak, and to be heard - without feeling judged or criticized for what we believe, or how we live, or who we are.
