Hello there! I work with individuals who struggle with mental health, life transitions, and general challenges that come up that may need additional support. Many clients seek my support for coping with their mood, executive functioning, navigating job stress or relationship issues, improving their sense of self, and more. I particularly enjoy working with clients seeking support for ADHD, navigating a big life change, or exploring new or under-explored aspects of themselves. I believe in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach that affirms and respects the dignity of all people.
