I believe that anyone can benefit from therapeutic assistance, whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors or just going through a difficult period in life. Everyone holds the answers to their own concerns, so I allow the client to determine the direction and depth therapy should take while guiding the journey. My ideal client is anyone who feels a calling to bring their day to day life further into line with their most deeply held values.
