I work diligently to help you make sense of how things have effected you resulting in the patient gaining a stronger sense of agency of managing distressing emotional reactions. Many patients report that working with me has resulted in feeling more confident, capable, and motivated to push through barriers that have prevented them from resolving painful emotional patterns in areas of family conflict, professional goals, and interpersonal relationships.
