Hi there! I'm Andrew. I am here to listen and help you figure out your best path forward. I’ve always been inspired by the many ways people have faced and overcome the great challenges of life. I have marveled at the resiliency, perseverance, and wisdom of people in difficult situations. My focus in therapy involves building on the strengths you already wield in facing your problems while also exploring new strategies for where you are still stuck. Though there is little we can do to avoid uncomfortable, unpleasant, or even painful emotions, we can find a way through. The human spirit is powerful, and we can make things better.
