I am neurodivergent and I have helped neurodivergent children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings for over ten years. I have a long history of working with other neurodivergent individuals to develop the tools that they need to thrive in a world that does not always accept them. I utilize evidence-based talk therapies as well as CBT and mindfulness practices to help clients develop the skills and strategies they need to succeed.
