Today it starts with you! The goal to reach higher to whichever issues or needs that should be met. You've always had the passion, curiosity, and bravery to ascertain more with your life. Getting there can be challenging, frightening, and even confusing, but everyone has the capabilities to get there. A constant reminder I like to tell all my client's is that "you know your life more than anyone else" and my goal is not to tell you how to live it. Instead I aim to become a vehicle for change someone that can support, show compassion, and empathy and to always challenge you to become the best version of you.
