So often, we experience a time in our life where we feel stuck, misunderstood, or perplexed of what to do next. Have you experienced an event in your life that is challenging to move past? Feeling at a loss of how to repair a relationship, whether adult or child? These situations can be overwhelming and bring up a whole host of emotions that impact us in many ways. I use a relational and attachment based approach to help individuals, couples and families establish and maintain healthy relationships and strengthen their ability to cope with stressful life events. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and children of all ages.
