Thank you for coming. I prefer to use the treatment best suited for the client and issue at hand, with the client's input as well. We need to tailor our treatment to the individual, not the individual to treatment. I have completed my comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as advanced training in DBT skills implementation. I utilize an integrated approach of DBT, CBT, and Internal Family systems to assist and support clients through the challenges they are currently. I believe that together we can address and change the issues holding you back from achieving your peace, and move towards celebrating life. I am privileged to work in the group practice of Hudson View MHC, working collaboratively with the finest clinical minds I have met. We offer true Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as outlined by Dr. Marsha Linehan, which integrates individual counseling, skills training classes, and crisis intervention phone assistance.
