Welcome! I'm Andrew, I’d be honored to join you on your healing journey. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you, to break free from the patterns that keep you stuck. I work especially well with clients navigating relationship stress—romantic, family, or work—or carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, or ADHD. My holistic mind-body approach supports deep, lasting change. I’m down-to-earth and laid-back, direct or lighthearted when needed. I also help men connect with authentic masculinity and women with authentic femininity, and I work well with artists, HSPs, and high achievers.
