As a lifelong Michigander, I know that life can be just as unpredictable as those seasons we get to experience every year. Sometimes we find ourselves in a season of life that we simply can't handle on our own, be that because of anxiety, depression, trauma, or unexpected hardship; and we find that we need help from someone in an honest and judgement-free environment. I believe that attending to this need is always a good thing and my passion lies in assisting people regain their happiness and sense of control over their own lives.
