I consider psychotherapy to be a space for curiosity and reflection, where emotional patterns, identity, and meaning can be explored with care and depth. The people I work with usually have a pull towards understanding themselves more deeply, even if they don’t have the full language for articulating what they are experiencing. They may be confused by their emotions, coping with trauma, stuck in behavioral patterns, or feel that something isn’t quite aligned in their life. What they are seeking is a place where they can slow down, speak freely, and explore their inner world without feeling judged or rushed.
