If you've ever felt misunderstood, invalidated, or rejected because of who you are or the struggles you face, know that you're not alone. It’s my goal to provide a space where all are welcome as they are and honored in their journey toward wellness. I enjoy working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational concerns, emotional dysregulation, poor coping skills, and various other life challenges. As a queer man, I'm also especially passionate about serving LGBTQ+ communities and have experience providing affirmative therapy and WPATH-adherent letters of support for gender-affirming procedures.
