I want to help those that may otherwise not receive the help and support they need. We all go through difficult periods in life, and having the right support is essential in taking care of oneself. I’m here to help individuals address past traumas, daily mental health symptoms, suicidal ideations, or day to day stresses. I spent nearly 8 years with the Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline. I believe Suicide is preventable and therapy plays a role it the prevention process.
