I am a Christian therapist who uses proven psychological methods to resolve these. As a trauma therapist, I use the lens of how past experiences have effected your ability to handle life today. I use EMDR to help your nervous systems and mind “unlearn” past negative experiences. I tend to do deep therapy with clients, often looking for underlying causes of the current problematic emotions or relationship patterns.
