I work primarily with couples, parents, families, co-parents, adolescents and pre-teens. We work together to process trauma, conflict, betrayal, and grief. I also provide intensive sessions (2+ hours) for couples or families in urgent seasons of betrayal, loss, IPV, separation or repair work when appropriate. I provide in-person sessions Mon-Thur 9am-3pm. I specialize in intensive sessions which can occasionally be accommodated outside typical work hours. Virtual therapy is available to regular in-person clients as needed. View 4 Photos I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, like family systems (SFT), emotional dynamics (EFT), parts work (IFS), story work (Narrative), and wisdom (DBT). While not essential to my clinical work, I am also a Christian minister with extensive theological training, and am able to integrate complex issues of faith if desired.
