I’m Andy Saunders, a therapist who shows up as a real person first. I became a therapist because I’ve lived through many of the same struggles my clients face—anxiety, identity confusion, the weight of trauma, addiction, and years of not feeling at home in my own skin. I know what it’s like to question your worth, to hide parts of yourself, and to feel lost in your own story.
