An NYU Medical School Graduate. Double Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine. After a decade working as a front-line Emergency Medicine Physician I transitioned to Addiction Medicine seeking greater long-term impact on patients' lives. As Medical Director I have built Medical and Psychiatric Departments from the ground up. I have created tailored and evidence-based protocols for Prevention, Detoxification, Recovery, and Maintenance. I have overseen and led hiring, staff training, a transition to a skills-based Care Model, marked improvements in Retention and top-notch Patient Satisfaction Scores.
