Life can throw us curveballs, and sometimes we need a little extra support to find our way through. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we can navigate the internal and external challenges you’re facing and work towards finding relief. Using a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, I’ll help you discover new perspectives on your situation, learn to embrace difficult emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies that fit your unique needs. Clients can expect a welcoming atmosphere without judgement. My goal in the first session is to get to know the client, understand their concerns and goals they want to work on and create a safe and comfortable place.
