I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and parenting, as well as adolescence/ phase of life issues, blended families and other change of life/adjustment issues. My goal for the therapeutic partnership is to help clients enhance their strengths and develop new skills to overcome obstacles to their emotional health and achieve their full potential.
