Taking the first step when seeking support can feel overwhelming. I will be here to support you through the process. Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, hopeless, or never good enough? Do you struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, or social anxiety? Traumatic experiences can cause repetitive thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns that keep us stuck repeating exhausting, depressive, or anxious cycles. My priority is providing a caring, safe, and non-judgmental space to unpack the symptoms of trauma that you are experiencing together to start the healing process and bring forth some peace. I specialize in helping young adults, adults, and seniors work through trauma by using their strengths, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and incorporate forms of IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Somatic interventions. Even though our stories might differ, I can relate and understand due to experiencing several traumas throughout my life.
