Hello, I am a licensed therapist and substance abuse counselor located in Spokane, providing services for Washington, and telehealth to Nebraska & Idaho; I have been doing therapy with veterans at the Veteran Affairs for 11 years decided it was time to take a step into the private practice sector. I am trained in the top 3 trauma therapies (EMDR, PE and CPT), all of my practice is grounded in somatics, neuroscience and strengths based. I use humor within therapy when appropriate, I believe I learn as much you as you might from me. I have primary experience and formalized supervision in doing trauma, addiction, anxiety therapies.
