Sometimes life becomes overwhelming due to trauma, increased anxiety and depressive symptoms leading us to believe there is something inherently wrong with us. We sometimes forget that we have the power to change our situation and circumstances. My goal is not to just treat the symptoms, but rather uncover the underlying root cause that triggered these symptoms and empower you to move forward in a positive direction.
