I believe that we all have an inner healing intelligence. Our work together will create space for it to blossom. I work from an eco-psychological lens, with the belief that our emotional and physical wellbeing are nurtured by our interconnection within the whole. My work is compassion-focused and aims to help clients cultivate that resource within themselves. I draw upon both IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR techniques for deepening the process of self-knowing and understanding the patterns that hold us back from flourishing. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and grief. Much of my work is rooted in a transpersonal worldview. I offer psycho-spiritual support for integrating experiences of expanded states of consciousness. The loss of a pet or beloved animal friend is another area where I’m able to offer support. Together we can navigate the grief of that loss in order to access inner peace and transformational healing.
