For the past nine years, Andy has dedicated his clinical practice to helping individuals in the Treasure Valley navigate the challenges of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Andy has developed a reputation for providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Andy's work centers around creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and behaviors without judgment. Andy has extensive experience with both children and adults. A cornerstone of Andy's therapeutic approach is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard treatment for OCD. In addition to ERP, Andy also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, particularly effective in addressing the executive functioning challenges and emotional dysregulation often associated with ADHD.
