I have an emphasis in working with people across the lifespan who have problems concerning anxiety, depression, mood stability, aggression, juvenile conduct, trauma, safety, lifespan events, and peer or family relationships. I think the client remains the expert in their life, and I will provide expert guidance ase we navigate and overcome obstacles together, so you can achieve your goals and live a life guided by your personal values. I also think building a relationship is essential to positive change and creating a therapy experience that is most beneficial to the client.
