About

I’m a 2nd generation Korean-American Licensed MFT specializing in trauma, sexual addiction recovery, and Christian spirituality concerns. While not everyone is deeply impacted by past trauma, for some, old wounds can quietly shape how we see ourselves and how we navigate life. As an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist (and Consultant-in-Training) and Certified Brainspotting Professional (BSP), I use evidence-based, cutting-edge methods to help clients heal, find resilience, and see life through a more adaptive, hope-filled lens. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural understanding, and the belief that lasting change is possible. I'm also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT) with experience supporting Asian American men, Christian ministry workers, and LGBTQ clients. As a culturally sensitive, LGBTQ-affirming therapist, I help people build healthier relationships with sex, intimacy, and themselves.
