Finding a safe place where you can be vulnerable and express yourself isn’t easy. I’m here to help create that space, using your inner resources to create meaningful change. Together, we can explore your past and present and retell your story, moving forward with more confidence and resilience. I have special skills working with queer people, artists, those who have experienced trauma due to coercion, cult, or conspiracy influence, and those navigating extremes in family, politics, and religion. All are welcome here, and I am committed to cultural competence, antiracism, and queer and femme affirming practices. Tailored to your needs, I use a variety of influences from modern relational approaches to evidence-based interventions such as CBT. Your consent and interest are paramount to how we work and we will regularly assess and renew our approaches.
