I specialize and am incredibly passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, navigating masculinity, ADHD, and autism. Sometimes, we end up in places that feel stuck, not because we’re doing something wrong, but because we’ve had to adapt to how complex life, our relationships, and the expectations around us are. I believe people are wired for connection and naturally driven to grow. When you have a relationship you can trust and space to explore without judgment, things begin to shift.
