Throughout my journey, I’ve recognized the importance of undergoing therapy myself. Engaging in therapy has not only helped me process my own experiences but has also enhanced my ability to empathize with my clients effectively. It has taught me valuable lessons about vulnerability, authenticity, and self-compassion qualities that are essential for any therapist.Through my career, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing different issues from depression to anxiety, ADHD, abuse, trauma, cultural assimilation, transition between life events, parent-child relationship, and family conflicts.
